Team Revolution: Ride for a Cure
There are more than 11 million Americans who are currently living with, through or beyond cancer. And one in three people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
This year alone, more than 560,000 people will die from cancer in the United States.
These numbers are unacceptable.
Team Revolution is a group of friends and family dedicated to making a difference in the most critical battle in our lifetime – preventing, surviving and ultimately eliminating cancer.
In 2010, Team Revolution will be walking, running and cycling our way to raising thousands of dollars to benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Through our efforts, we plan to raise money to help fund research and community programs as well educate people about the resources needed to win this battle.
